PLEASE NOTE: FSCA’s top priority is the health and safety of Florida school counselors and associates who attend the Convention. We closely monitor the Florida Department of Health and will follow all State regulations set forth to ensure health and safety measures are followed for participants. Should the 2024 Convention be forced to cancel because of a “force majeure” event, or government restrictions, full refunds for registration will be issued. Otherwise, the standard refund policy will apply.
 

Invoices

For your convenience, FSCA provides registration using an invoice option. Registration payment in full is due by November 3 at midnight. If not paid by November 3, a 10% fee may be added to your registration amount.
 

Standard Refund and Transfer Policy

FSCA is dedicated to providing the highest quality convention for participants, and therefore commits well in advance to convention expenses that include hotel rooms, catering, and attendance supplies. To minimize liability of expenses, we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements for a quality convention experience for attendees.

• Cancellations of registration prior to October 16, 2024 (midnight) will be fully refunded
• October 17, 2024 to November 3, 2024 (midnight) registration will be refunded, minus a $40 processing fee.
• Beginning November 4, 2024 refunds cannot be made.
• Transfer of Registration permitted up until November 1,2024 at 6:00 pm at no charge.
• The Registration Fee for “No-Shows” is nonrefundable.  

 
All cancellations, refund, and transfer requests must be made in writing via email to fsca@fla-schoolcounselor.org, or US mail to 1010 Gardenia Dr., Tallahassee 32312. You will receive a confirmation of your request. Individual refunds will not be given to individuals whose fees have been paid by their school systems; these refunds will be sent directly to the school system.
