To Access the FSCA Convention App:

1. Download the free “ASCA Conferences” application from your phone’s app store. NOTE: be sure to download the purple version titled “ASCA Conferences” not the blue version titled “ASCA States.”
2. Once downloaded, open the app and enter the email address used for registration and tap “Continue.” NOTE: if someone else registered you and did not use your email, you’ll need to check in with registration to access the app.
3. If this is your first time using the app: the system will email you a code and ask you to enter it for verification. From there, you will set a new password. If you do not receive the code to your email, be sure to check your spam folder. The email will come from app@schoolcounselor.org. If you still do not see it, use the “Contact Support” button at the bottom of the page.
4. If you have attended ASCA 2024 or FSCA 2023, enter the password you used to create your account at that time. You can use the “Forgot Password?” feature if you cannot remember it.
5. Once the app is loaded, you should automatically be pushed to the FSCA app. If you attended ASCA 2024 and are seeing that conference, tap the three horizontal lines in the top right of your screen, and use the “Active Conference” dropdown to select the FSCA 2024 Convention.
6. If you do not see the FSCA 2024 Annual Convention, reach out to FSCA Conference staff to ensure your registration is tied to the correct email address. (you may also email grissell@fla-schoolcounselor.org for app assistance related to questions about the email used for registration)

NOTE: if you are still unable to access the app, please go to your app store and see if you have an update available. Updates were made in 2024! After the app is updated, it may take up to ten minutes for the app to allow you to access the FSCA Convention.
